Thomas C. Early in his career, Tom spent over a decade in senior-level positions with Foote Cone & Belding and Reimel Carter, Inc., and the last 15 years with BTC, building clients' businesses by first defining success, and then achieving it with strategic creative, digital, direct marketing and PR programs. He's also a leader in the local community, on the board of organizations such as Philly Cure HD and Immaculata University.

Chris Murray

Chris MurrayPrior to joining BTC as executive vice president and partner, Chris was head of communications for Lincoln Financial Group Distributors, and served as vice president of communications and external affairs for United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. Throughout his career, Chris has worked for large and small agencies in the region, leading programs for brands such as Bayer Environmental Science, IBM, Panera Bread, HBO and the McDonald’s LPGA Championship, along with managing numerous issues management and crisis communications situations for clients. Chris is an adjunct professor at Villanova University and a graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

David is a frequent commentator on public relations issues and author of "The 7 Public Relations Habits of Highly Effective Companies."

Chrissy CancelmoChrissy has more than a decade of experience in media planning and buying and account management at McCann-Erickson, Harmelin Media and BTC. She has planned and negotiated network, syndicated and cable TV contracts for national accounts including L'Oréal, Wells Fargo Bank, AFLAC Insurance and Wamsutta Mills. As a media supervisor and director, she has been responsible for all media planning and buying for local, regional and national accounts.
